Nasty Friday

Whilst 'hunting' on Face Hunter's blog (exuse the pun), I came across the following images which really caught my eye. No suprises when I announce that both girls are from Europe, as it's commonly known that Europeans have a knack for discovering trends way before the rest of the world do.

In other completely unrelated news, my exams start this week. Hence, I'll become a hermit for the weekend and will be unable to be contacted for a period of time.
My exam timetable is as follows:

Monday, 1st June:
9.00am-10.30am: General Maths Further Unit 1
11.03am-12.41pm: Studio Art Unit 1

Thursday, 4th June:
1.26pm-3.04pm: Food and Technology Unit 1

Friday, 5th June:
9.00am-12.15pm: English Unit 1

Tuesday, 9th June:
9.00am-10.38am: Media Unit 1

Wednesday, 10th June:
11.03am-12.41pm: Business Management Unit 1

I'm almost positive that I'll do well in everything apart from Maths.
I'm awful at it, truely.

Data Moshing programs.

BASICALLY, the past few months I've fallen in love with 'data moshing'.
For those whom aren't familiar with the term, data moshing (a.k.a ) is when instead of a 'cut' between scenes, there's smooth transitions created by removing key frames and the delta frames persisting. Thus, you're left with a somewhat weird, colourful film!

Here is an example of data moshing. Chairlift are one of the first to use this technique for an entire video (well, from what I know).

WATCH "EVIDENT UTENSIL" BY CHAIRLIFT

Kanye West (who...erm, is like, a tool) also did data moshing for one of his music videos, but ended up getting a bit annoyed that his video came out before Chairlift's, resulting in the single to be boycott (Kanye's song - not Chairlift's).

So, right now I'm looking for a really good, highly recommended program for data moshing.
Any info? x x

BIANCA'S BIRTHDAY

Last night (May 2nd), we all went bowling and pancake parlour for Bianca's 17th.
It was a great night (the blueberry pancakes are a must have) and I actually did pretty well in bowling (I managed to score more than 7 as my TOTAL SCORE).

However, I managed to fall in the gutter and grazed both my knees. Funny thing is, I didn't realise I fell that hard until I went home. I'm bruised now. I guess that's what I get for not seeing the step....
